Posted about this briefcase three times now. Brown leather, brass latches, initials C.M.W. on the handle. I find it on the bench at Ossel Crossing every couple weeks, bring it home, post here. Nobody claims it. Last time I dropped it at the Kelvidge precinct, back on the bench within two days. Not heavy enough to have anything inside but the latches won't open. I've stopped trying. Honestly not even sure I want someone to claim it anymore. I just want to know how it keeps getting back. Leaving it there this time. If you see it, it's not abandoned. It lives there apparently.
