Found a green jacket draped over the bench by the east entrance to Osterfeld dog park this morning. Men's medium, no label, two pockets. Left pocket is warm to the touch. Right pocket is normal temperature. I've been checking every couple hours and the differential has not changed.
If I had to guess I'd say this belongs to the gentleman who walks the large gray thing every Tuesday and Thursday around 6 AM. I don't know his name but I've seen him from my kitchen window, which does not overlook the park. I just have good eyesight.
